Acai Bowls

Pink Lady:

- 6 oz or a little more of coconut water

- handful of frozen peaches

- handful of frozen mango

- 1/2 frozen banana

- 1 packet of frozen açaí

Toppings:

-coconut flakes

-fresh sliced strawberries

-fresh cubed mango

-blueberries

- sliced bananas


*blend all smoothie ingredients together to a smooth thick consistency, stopping to stir as needed. Then put on toppings and enjoy a taste of tropical paradise. Makes two bowls


Purple People Eater:

- 8 oz of orange juice

- 1 frozen acai packet

- handful of frozen mango

- handful of frozen berries

- 1 frozen banana

Toppings:

-granola

-sliced strawberries

-coconut flakes

-fresh cubed mango

-chopped almonds

-spoonful of almond butter


*blend all smoothie ingredients together to a smooth thick consistency, stopping to stir as needed. Then put on toppings and enjoy a taste of paradise. Makes two bowls



Sweetie Tweetie:

- 6-8 oz of pineapple juice

- 1 frozen acai packet

- handful of frozen peaches

- handful frozen blueberries

- 1 fresh or frozen banana

Toppings:

-granola

-sliced strawberries

-coconut flakes

-banana

-honey


*blend all smoothie ingredients together to a smooth thick consistency, stopping to stir as needed. Then put on toppings and drizzle the honey and enjoy a taste of paradise. Makes two bowls
